Cancellation Policy:

1. Service Agreement: Clients are bound by the terms specified in their service agreement with RK Media. Any cancellation requests must align with the stipulations outlined in the agreement.

3. Review and Approval: RK Media will review the cancellation request and respond within [7 business days]. Approval of a cancellation is subject to the terms and conditions of the service agreement.

Refund Policy:

1. Service Non-Performance: In the event that RK Media fails to deliver the agreed-upon services, a full refund of the unused portion of the fees will be issued.

2. Client Initiated Refunds: Refund requests initiated by clients will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Considerations will include the nature of the services provided and the stage of the project.

3. Refund Process: Once a refund is approved, RK Media will process the refund within [45 business days]. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.

4. No Refund Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided in circumstances where the client fails to meet their obligations as outlined in the service agreement.

Termination of Services:

RK Media reserves the right to terminate services in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of Agreement: If a client breaches any terms of the service agreement, RK Media may terminate services immediately.

2. Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in service termination. RK Media will provide not provide any notice before terminating services due to non-payment.

3. Unlawful Activities: RK Media will not provide services for any unlawful or unethical activities. Discovery of such activities may lead to immediate service termination.
